Terms of Service
Version 2026-07-17
1. What Frag is
Frag is a payment orchestration primitive that lets merchants accept payments in a wide variety of cryptocurrencies across multiple chains and receive a single, denominated settlement. Frag is not a custodian of merchant funds beyond the brief settlement window required to move funds to your configured payout destination.
2. Merchant obligations
- Comply with all sanctions and anti-money-laundering laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
- Keep API keys, webhook signing secrets, and payout destinations confidential.
3. Fees
Frag charges a platform fee per settled payment intent, applied atomically before payout. The prevailing fee schedule is displayed on your dashboard and in your settlement records.
4. Refunds and disputes
Refunds are initiated by the merchant from the dashboard. Refunds are executed against the merchant's operating balance and are subject to on-chain confirmation times. Frag does not adjudicate disputes between merchants and their end customers.
5. Liability
Frag is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frag's liability is limited to the fees you paid Frag in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy or pose a risk to the network. You may close your account at any time from settings.
7. Changes
We will notify merchants of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect and surface the new version on the compliance page for re-acceptance.
