Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Frag to accept payments for, facilitate, or benefit from any of the following:
- Transactions involving sanctioned parties, jurisdictions, or embargoed regions.
- Money laundering, terrorism financing, or evasion of tax obligations.
- Child sexual abuse material, human trafficking, or any activity that exploits minors.
- Sale of illegal narcotics, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, or controlled weapons.
- Ponzi schemes, high-yield investment programs, or other financial fraud.
- Unlicensed money-transmission, banking, or securities offerings.
- Malware, ransomware, credential stuffing, or other cybercrime services.
- Mixers, tumblers, or services whose primary purpose is to obscure funds origin.
Enforcement
Frag screens payer wallet addresses against internal blocklists derived from OFAC SDN and related public sources. Detected matches are refused at the checkout step. Merchants found to be in violation of this policy will have live keys suspended and payouts paused pending review, and may be permanently terminated.

Report suspected abuse to abuse@frag.dev. We investigate every report and respond within one business day.
